"I purchased a "high spec" PC from Element Tech earlier this year
having been advised by a colleague that these guys could build me a top end PC
for both gaming and business use at a fraction of the cost of the high street
retailers. I had (I expect like many of you...) gone through the ordeal of speaking
with the so called "technical specialists" at PC World etc. only to
establish that they have little or no clue when it comes to advising as to the
quality/capability of the integral components eg motherboard, core processor,
graphics card etc. I had a relatively clear idea as to what I wanted and with
Element Tech found like minded professionals who were able to advise and support
the build I required. They kept me well informed as to the progress of the build,
status of the components (on two separate occasions these were upgraded free of
charge to boost performance..) added to which I also received a free upgrade to
my monitor upon final delivery. The entire process from build to delivery was
seamless and I am happy to report that 6 months on the PC performance remains
floorless.
If you are looking for a solid, reliable and professional service look no further.
I have purchased in excess of 10 PCs over the last 6 years and this is the first
occasion I have not had to either upgrade, replace or repair a single component
in the first year of use. I have referred a number of friends and colleagues to
Element Tech all of who have been delighted with their respective purchases. In
terms of cost these guys are in the region of 30-40% cheaper than a like-for-like
machine (if you can indeed locate one...). Feel free to get suckered in by the
high street deals, but if you want something which is guaranteed to deliver the
performance you require this is it.

The computer is exactly how you described it on the site and works like a dream!
It’s super-fast at CD/DVD ripping and burning. My main reason for purchase
was video editing. There’s no comparison to other machines I’ve used,
exceptional processing speed and graphics, and the meaty fan gives absolute confidence
in the computer’s longevity.
As for service, from first contact it’s been a real joy to deal with you.
Rapid replies to any queries, genuinely friendly and helpful, an immense after-sales

I was so delighted with the arrival of my new computer to replace my ancient
home pc. The computer itself looks amazing with its BLUE LED lights and its
smooth curve contoured sides. But as they say: it's what's on the inside that
matters. And BOY do they. My E6400 Core 2 Duo Intel combined with 2 GB of RAM
and nVidia 7950GX2 graphics card can tackle just about every single game there
is: on full settings, of course.
Games aren't a problem at all. All games I have bought ran with a silky smooth
FPS count. Even Battlefield 2, can be played on the highest graphical settings
without any problems on a FPS count of 50. I was actually able to play Company
of Heroes - one of the most graphically advanced RTS game out there, whilst
encoding DVD to AVI. ALL THAT WHILE I WAS RUNNING THE GAME IN FULL SETTINGS.
The rig absolutely blew me away.
Better yet, the customer service has been absolutely marvellous. All queries
were answered quickly and very accurately and have been a huge help. The e-mails
have always been very re-assuring.
I only wish that there were more genuinely dedicated companies like Element-
Tech and wish them all the best in the future.

Unbelievable! VERY pleased with the machine - sets off
my 24" screen a treat!
I dare to think what 2 of these XFX cards would be like
SLI'd up together - one is pretty damned good on its
own.
You already know of course what your machines can do
and it goes without saying how good the performance
is!
IL2 just blasts along at some pretty crazy resolutions
and Battle of Britain 2 (which was unplayable on my
laptop) is absolutely superb - bit of a flight sim addict
- all my titles have been beyond resurrected - very
pleased indeed!
The laptop has taken a massive back seat and now I couldn't
care less what my 3yr old son does with it!
